Appropriate equipment and a suitable level of fitness are required for every course or tour. Before each course or tour, the mountain guide will check your equipment and make sure you are as relaxed as possible during the course or tour.

The technical equipment (ropes, clamps...) required for the selected tour shall be provided and carried by the guide. Guests only carry their own personal equipment as listed in the course, school or tour description. The mountain guides' equipment is state-of-the-art, well-maintained and in perfect working order.

The mountain guide prepares for each individual tour and each individual guest or group separately. The guides of the Slovenian mountaineering school have performed the described tours countless times and are closely familiar with them. If you wish to carry out a tour the guide is unfamiliar with, the guide shall make an assessment tour beforehand and collect all the necessary information.
